Jobs, Playbooks, Library & self-serve onboarding

Jobs & workflows: an optional production layer under engagements — workflows and stages, a job detail drawer, a firm-wide board/list at /jobs, a partner workflow editor, the client-review loop (send / approve / request changes / delivered) with a waiting-on state, recurring jobs, and a Firm Jobs widget with hours/value/margin. Stage work flows into the assignee's Tasks.
Playbooks: reusable checklists that generate tasks — author once, run against an engagement and the steps land in your Tasks queue, due-dated.
Library: a searchable firm store of templates, boilerplate snippets, links to assets, and reference notes — copy or open in a click.
Vertical starter packs: each firm gets service lines, Playbooks, and Library items matched to its type (finance vs marketing agency).
Self-serve onboarding: a new user creates their firm and picks its type in a wizard; the matching starter pack loads automatically — no setup SQL.
Partner cockpit home: an optional firm-snapshot landing page (attention, reviews, jobs, pursuits).

Faster time capture: friendly formats (2.5 / 6:30 / 6h30), keyboard navigation, Copy last week, client/internal daily split, Submit week, and missing-time nudges.
Billing: Unbilled time (WIP), billing packets (mark invoiced), realization tracking, and Xero draft-invoice push.
Week approval & locking: a partner Review tab (approve / send back / lock) with database-enforced locks.
Edge cases: archived-engagement guard, BD Discovery internal engagement, entry-date-effective rate snapshots, and created_by / updated_by audit columns.
Economics boundary audited and hardened (engagement_invoice gated to partner/finance).

Access control: seven-role model, firm membership + partner invites, assignment-driven record scope, partner-only Firm cockpit, and database-enforced economics protection.
Time tracking: weekly grid + timer at /timesheet; per-person rate tiers with automatic rate snapshots.
Profitability: per-engagement value / cost / margin; firm Time analytics; service-line library of actuals.
Labour analysis tab (partner/senior-manager): utilization, client profitability, retainer burn, month-end projection, configurable targets, auto signals, CSV export.
Proposal pricing estimator (/pricing) wired to pursuits; pursuit revenue split into project vs recurring (MRR × term).
